1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 55pmw online gaming platform, accessible at 55pmw.net ("the Platform"). The Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 55pmw ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

3 Account Registration

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

55pmw does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your 55pmw account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. 55pmw reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Standard GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes for eligible amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on 55pmw:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;

4.4 Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

55pmw actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;

• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers;
• Claiming a bonus following a self-exclusion period without genuine intent to resume normal play.

5.4 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or misrepresenting your identity in any way;
• Money Laundering: Using the 55pmw platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the source of such funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the 55pmw platform in place of genuine human play;
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after funds have been used for gaming on 55pmw;
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or errors in the 55pmw platform to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Underage Gambling: Registering or playing on 55pmw if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical faults, malfunctions, or service interruptions;
• Loss of data resulting from platform errors or third-party service failures;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the 55pmw platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

In all cases where 55pmw's liability cannot be fully excluded at law, the total aggregate liability of 55pmw to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55pmw account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 55pmw platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55pmw makes no warranty, express or implied, as to uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 55pmw

55pmw reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Continuation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 55pmw;
• Your account has been flagged by our responsible gaming systems as requiring intervention.

11.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 55pmw account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal conditions being met.

11.3 Effect of Termination

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 55pmw from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
